Mr. Tilley was born in Bellflower, California. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 1996 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Los Angeles in 1999. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. He is a Certified Specialist, Workers’ Compensation Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the American Bar Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys’ Association.
Mr. Tilley has also served as a pro tempore Workers' Compensation Judge at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in Riverside, California.
Mr. Tilley has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2000 and became president of the firm in 2018.
Mr. Spencer was born in Alexandria, Virginia. He received his B.A. from San Francisco State University in 1987. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine School of Law and was on the Dean’s List and on scholarship. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and is a member of The Orange County Bar Association.

Mr. Little was born in Hollywood, California. He received his B.S. in 1986 from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California. He was the recipient of the American Juris Prudence Award in Trial Practice.
Mr. Little has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2004.
Mr. Saperstein was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of California, Central District of California, and Eastern District of Wisconsin and is a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association.
He initially began his career in the criminal law arena. He has been practicing workers’ compensation defense, including 132a and serious and willful misconduct claims, since 2004. He is a Certified Specialist, Workers’ Compensation Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Saperstein has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2013.
Ms. Aden was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her B.A. in oceanography from the University of San Diego in 1997 and her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in 2001, receiving the Witkins, International Law Association Honor Roll. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. With over 12 years’ experience in workers’ compensation defense, Ms. Aden has appeared at judicial and administrative hearings in all Southern California venues as well as analyzed complex legal and factual issues in order to defend against claims and present defense strategies to clients
Ms. Aden has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2014.
Mr. Bolinger was born in Fullerton, California. He received his B.A. in 1978 from Point Loma Nazarene University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1984. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1984. In 1978, he was listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and is a member of Phi Delta Lambda Scholastic Honor Society, and The San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Bolinger is also currently serving as the adjunct professor of business law at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
Mr. Bolinger has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 1987 and served as president of the firm from 2012-2018. He has received an AV Preeminent Rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Directory.
Mr. Martin Is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the Federal District Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. A member of the panel of arbitrators at the WCAB, he is a trained mediator, and periodically serves as Judge Pro-Tem. He received a B.A. in International Relations from UCLA and his Juris Doctor degree in 1969 from Loyola University of Los Angeles.
Upon his discharge from military service after serving as a captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve,
Mr. Martin entered private practice in the workers’ compensation field specializing in the defense of employers. Mr. Martin has served as a law instructor, panelist, and lecturer on topics ranging from ADR to ADA and FEHA as well as topics within the workers’ compensation field.
Mr. Martin joined our firm in 2024 as Of Counsel as he works toward his retirement from Lister, Martin & Thompson, LLP. We look forward to the bright future ahead as we join forces in providing exceptional legal representation with workers' compensation defense claims.

Audrea Anderson is responsible for coordinating all billing activities including monitoring and adhering to client billing requirements, electronic billing processes, assisting with collections, and routine monthly invoicing. Audrea has been with our firm for over 30 years. Her knowledge of our firm history and long-lasting firm relationships is an asset to our firm.
