Claimant Faces Fraud Charge

SAN BERNARIDNO, CA - The Law Offices of Parker & Irwin, representing Employers Insurance, is actively defending a workers’ compensation claim made by Leticia Serapio against her employer, Nutramed, Incorporated.
Leticia Serapio was arrested and booked on September 30, 2014 into the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on one count of identity theft and two counts of using false documents. Her workers’ compensation claims are under serious investigation as the Social Security Number she falsely provided on employment records, was issued to another individual. Leticia Serapio has been released on bail, and is to appear in court on November 25, 2014 for the charges brought against her.
