Robert H. Hill

Mr. Hill was born in Los Angeles, California, and joined the Firm in 1982. He received his B.A. in 1972 from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from Loyola University of Los Angeles and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1977. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California on December 5, 1979, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit on April 3, 1985. Additionally, Mr. Hill was deputized Judge Pro Tempore, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board on December 6, 1984. Mr. Hill served on the Workers’ Compensation Reform Advisory Committee of U.S. Representative (then State Senator) Joseph Baca. He is a Certified Specialist, Workers’ Compensation Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and a frequent speaker and contributor to the Employers Group and the Council on Education in Management. He is a member of the State Bar of California, San Bernardino County Bar Association and was a member of the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney’s Association.
Mr. Hill practiced law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin from 1982-2013 and served as President of the firm from 2000-2012. He was sworn as a Workers’ Compensation Judge for the Riverside Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on January 3, 2014.
