Ms. Vovk completed her legal studies at the Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine in 1995 and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University, College of Law in 2000.  She has over 22 years of combined legal experience in the field of pharmaceutical litigation and Workers' Compensation defense as a legal assistant and defense attorney. She has been practicing as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney since 2004 representing a variety of employers in public and private sectors. In her spare time, Ms. Vovk enjoys helping others through community and charity work.

Ms. Vovk has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2021
