Mr. Smith was born in Pomona, California. He received his B.A from California State University Fullerton in 2013, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2017. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Business and Public Management program at the University of La Verne. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2017 and to the United States District Court Central District of California in 2017.

This month, the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin commemorates Ross C. Irwin's 50 years of service with our firm. His work anniversary signifies his dedication, perseverance and leadership over the last five decades. Since his first day with us in 1967, our firm has transitioned from typewriters to computers, Rolodexes to Contact Apps, carbon paper to cc: emails, asbestos claims to the wide variety of claims we encounter today.
Needless to say, Mr. Irwin has also experienced many changes to the workers' compensation laws, regulations and processes. He received his Juris Doctorate while John F. On Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015, 14 people were killed and 22 were injured in an Islamic extremism-inspired terrorist attack at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California. These tragic events unfolded just a few blocks away from our San Bernardino office. The impact continues to reverberate in our community, across the United States and around the globe.
The attorneys and staff at Parker & Irwin wish to express our deep sympathies to the surviving family members and loved ones of the 14 people who lost their lives in this senseless act of terrorism.
Our thoughts are also with the 22 individuals who were wounded, both physically and emotionally. It is our hope that your recovery is both swift and complete.
