Changes at the Pomona Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Presiding Judge Robert Welch has retired. Judge Michael Morgan has been named the new Presiding Judge.

The Pomona Board has moved from its Mission Street location to 732 Corporate Center Drive, Pomona, 91766. This is a new building and is located in the same industrial complex in Pomona where the Board was located in the mid-1990s near the intersection of the 10 and 57 freeway by CalPoly. The Board was scheduled to move during the last two weeks of January and should be up and running the first week of February.
